Ordering and shipping

Shipping at the FohlenShop is free of charge for all orders within Germany from €75 value of goods (after deduction of all discounts). We charge a flat-rate delivery fee of €4.95 for orders under €75. Our goods are dispatched within Germany with our logistics partner GLS. Alternatively, we can also deliver your order to the DHL Collection Point or DHL Packstation of your choice. Free returns are possible within 30 days in Germany with GLS.

For all orders to Austria, Switzerland, Belgium, Bulgaria, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Vatican, Croatia, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Monaco, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Cyprus, Romania, San Marino, Sweden, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Czech Republic and Hungary, shipping is free of charge for orders over €200 (after deduction of all discounts). We charge a flat-rate delivery fee of €14.95 (other EU countries) or €19.95 (Switzerland) for orders under €200. For deliveries to all countries not listed, we charge a flat-rate delivery fee of €24.95. Our goods are dispatched outside Germany with our logistics partner DHL.

Delivery time

We usually deliver immediately available items within 2-3 working days.

If the order contains jerseys with individual flocking or personalised fan articles, a delivery time of 5-6 days can be assumed for the entire order.

In the case of pre-sales and in exceptional cases, the delivery time may be longer. These items are labelled accordingly on the item details page.

Shipment tracking

As soon as we have dispatched your order, you will receive an e-mail with your GLS tracking number. Want to know where your parcel is at the moment? 1-2 hours after receiving the email, you can use your tracking number to check the status of your parcel here.

Insurance of goods

Natürlich ist Deine Ware vom Zeitpunkt der Abholung bis zur Anlieferung bei der angegebenen Lieferadresse gegen Beschädigung und Diebstahl versichert. Die Kosten hierfür übernimmt Borussia.
