It is around 44% lighter than conventional Puma jerseys and is made from a special Puma Ultraweave fibre made from 100% recycled polyester, which ensures a comfortable feel. The jersey features printed club logo, supplier logo and main sponsor logo on the front, as well as printed Sonepar sleeve sponsor logo and supplier logo on the sleeves. There is a printed "Mönchengladbach" logo on the back. There are also contrasting coloured stripes at the front to complement the design.
